We have six rooms at our disposal during the conference.

The Lamoraal room, room 525, 531,532, 536, and 537.

The largest room is the Lamoraal. The plenary presentations take place there. You will find an overview of these rooms on the map of Hotel Zuiderduin.

Dutch sign supported interpreters will be standing on the left site of the stage seen from the audience and Dutch sing language interpreters on the right side of the stage – if there is a stage. The presentation screen in the middle.

We have reserved seats for deaf and visually impaired people. We will always prepare these in advance during the plenary meetings. On request you will/they receive your/their own reservation sign so that you/they can reserve a seat in the room of a workshop or lecture of your/their choice.

On the screens on which your presentation is projected, you will always find the English text at the top of the presentation and the Dutch text just below it.

You can recognize the organizing committee by the badges they wear on a blue key cord.

Interpreters can be recognized by their black clothing with an orange badge indicating whether they are a written or sign language interpreter. If an interpreter wears the badge, the interpreter is “on call” and you can ask him or her to support you. It is our hope that people feel as free as possible making us of an interpreter. Interpreters are also available during breaks and moments of entertainment.

In the program overview, Program – Stichting Plotsdoven you will find the layout of the breaks and meals.

You can also call on the interpreters present during dinner on Friday evening and agree on what time you want to eat and where. At dinner on Saturday, the interpreters are assigned to each table in advance. There will be a table available for English speech to text.

You are free to choose which lecture or workshop you wish to attend. For workshops where there is a maximum number of participants, you can register at the registration desk in the morning of the same day the workshop will be held.

Massage: the registration lists are available at the registration desk on Friday and Saturday morning. The free massages are intended for everyone involved in the conference. They differ in type and time. An interpreter is present most of the time to optimize communication.
